Real skills, not busywork
Every game is built around skills you use at school and in life. In Xed, every quest is a real maths question from the curriculum.
MindsPlay Studios makes games kids and teens actually want to play. Every one builds a real skill, from numbers and money to code, words and science, and the confidence to use them.
Most learning apps are worksheets in a costume. We start the other way round: we build a game worth playing, then put a real skill at the heart of how you win.
Every game is built around skills you use at school and in life. In Xed, every quest is a real maths question from the curriculum.
Our games line up into a path: start with counting at six, finish running a business at seventeen. Each game adapts to how you play.
African heroes, places, voices and money. Built in Accra by people who grew up here, for players across the continent.
No ads. No loot boxes. No chat with strangers. Gear is earned by playing, never bought with real money.
Players see their stats. Parents and teachers see the skills behind them, skill by skill.
Kids and teens test every game before it ships. Our playtest crew shapes what we make next.
Pick an age to see what MindsPlay games build at that stage. Stats show where our games focus, not a score of the player.
Xed is our first game and is heading into school pilots in January 2027. The others are early ideas we’re developing. Hype the one you want first.

A maths adventure across six worlds. Pick a hero, help villagers, find Star Shards and beat bosses. Every quest is real maths, and every question is read aloud.
Builds: counting, place value, times tables, fractions, decimals, algebra, problem solving.
Start with one stall in a busy Accra market. Set prices, budget, save, hire friends and grow it into a business empire.
Builds: budgeting, profit and loss, percentages, saving, negotiation.
Program your runner with symbol cards inspired by Adinkra glyphs. Chain loops and conditions to clear each level, then debug when it goes wrong.
Builds: sequencing, loops, logic, debugging, persistence.
The village storyteller has lost her words. Collect them, rebuild the story library and read each tale aloud to bring it to life.
Builds: phonics, vocabulary, reading aloud, comprehension.
Two players, one chaotic lab. Mix, heat and measure against the clock, where every reaction follows real science.
Builds: scientific method, measurement, teamwork, communication.
Cedi Street, Glyphrun, Kasa and Lab Rush are working titles. Names, ages and art will change.
If the game isn’t fun without the learning, we don’t ship it. Players test it first.
You win by using the skill. In Xed, a bridge plank only fits if it makes 10.
Too easy gets harder, too hard gets a lesson. No one gets stuck or bored for long.
Players see stats and badges. Parents and teachers see which skills are mastered.
A games studio in Accra on a mission to make play the way Africa’s kids and teens grow.
We’re a small team of game developers, teachers and artists. We started with maths because it’s where most children get stuck. We won’t stop there.
Tell us who you are and which game you want first. We’ll write the message, you send it to us on WhatsApp or by email, and we reply within two days.
